I was writing something 'deep' for this entry but decided against it. No 'woe is me'-type musings here. However, this wedding and the story behind it warrants an entry in itself.
Azzad, Nicky, Irma, Lin and I carpooled (Azzad's car) to Amni's wedding in Ipoh on Saturday. Then we went to Nicky's house and dropped him off. Azzad got a bit sick so Lin and I took turns driving his car until the Ulu Bernam R&R. He felt better and drove us back to KL. Had dinner at Homst in TTDI with Fani, Joe, Husna, Kelabi and Dan. At my suggestion (and after my Chief Foreman told me about it), Ha, Zaliza, Azri and me went to Putrajaya for dinner and lepak-ing at the tasik. In keeping with our time honoured tradition, we got kinda lost finding the fantabulous food court. We got there, didn't notice the food court, backtracked and finally decided to ask for directions. Anyway, the food was better than OK, but not too great. It was cold! Maybe because the restaurant used a yell-when-your-food-is-ready-so-come-and-take-it system. Highly sophisticated and organised I hear. Then we hung out at one of the bridges with rib-like structure suspending it. You didn't see the pics cos...my camera ran out of battery. Sigh.
The next day we went to One Utama. Quite a story there...maybe Ha should write about it

Went to Pak Aji's wedding with Ikrom. We met the others there. Haha, naturally we were lost on our way to his house. Jalan Cempaka or Taman Cempaka man?? Pak Aji used to be so secretive about her then girlfriend. Didn't tell anyone about it. Anyway congratulations man. We joked at your expense during the kenduri...involving makeups, your skin tone and whether you were going to hide your wife even at the wedding haha. Semoga berkekalan ke anak cucu!

It's been a while since my fotopage is updated. No hanging out with the gang like it used to be sob sob. Anyway these are the pictures of our little bowling excursion at the Alamanda on the 9/5/05 when Ha had a seminar in Uniten and Ikrom had to take his driving test. The other pictures were taken in the Berjaya Times Square mall on the 21/5/05 when we went out with Farah and Fariz to watch (breathing-through-a-mask sound effect) Revenge of the Sith

Finally the day for us to be separated and moved away from the comforts of student life and kind instructors came. Seemed like we tried our best to delay it with the multiple farewell gatherings and wishful thinking but alas, work beckoned and off we went to Kuala Terengganu, Temerloh, Kuala Kangsar, Ipoh, PJ, Banting and Seremban. I've been feeling very ILSAS-sick these past few days and I miss hanging out with you guys. We had a lot of fun, hadn't we? Hope we'll meet again soon and I'm just one phone call away...
This was the last day we were together. We went to Jalan Timur to get our posting letters, then to Midvalley to get Farah's new car. Sher has already reported for duty in PJ and most of us would be reporting later this week.

Last day at ILSAS before being posted for our specific training next week. We went to the San Francisco Pizza cafe in Bangi.
ps: The Banana Daiquiri was hott tamale! Well, not literally, of course...but you know what I mean! Hott!
